Interns...

We got to meet our interns today. I still remember finding out whose division I was in. First, let me start off with the staff in my division. First there's Tabea, our divisional leader. For full time sidewalk staff there's Rion and me. And we have 2 part time staff Leo and Suzie. Both of them have been working with Metro for about 10 years or so. Alright, so that's the staff that makes up Division 4. I'm so pleased with the division I was put in....can't even begin to explain! We were given 3 interns to be a part of our team. They are Klaus from Germany, Viv from the UK (originally from Nigeria), and Chris from England. All three of them seem like great people and are so stoked to be here!

We painted the entire interior of our truck today. Talk about sweaty work when you have to do it in humidity! But it was fun all the same. Good bonding time with the interns.

Friday we will be visiting our sites for the kick-off of the year and next Tuesday we start the first Sidewalk Sunday School of the semester. I'm so stoked to start! And stoked to see my kids again! That's all for tonight.
